Working Location: Ho Chi MinhSalary: NegotiableLevels: Junior (1-3 YOE)Roles and Skills: Sales Business Development Sales Coordinator Sales​Job Overview And Responsibility• Sales & Customer Acquisition• Identify and approach potential customers to introduce the company's logistics services.• Support the Sales Manager in executing sales plans to meet revenue targets.• Conduct basic customer needs analysis and prepare sales proposals or quotations.• Account Servicing & Relationship Building• Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.• Coordinate with internal operations (air freight, warehouse, customer service) to ensure services are delivered according to client expectations.• Handle client inquiries, follow up on service performance, and support resolution of any servicerelated issues.• Coordination & Documentation• Collaborate with the operations team to align service offerings with customer needs.• Assist in preparing salesrelated documents: contracts, quotations, and customer onboarding paperwork.• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the system.• Market & Competitor Insights• Gather feedback from the market to help improve service offerings.• Monitor competitor activities and report findings to the Sales Manager.• Support in Business Development Activities• Join client meetings, networking events, or logistics exhibitions as required.• Assist the Sales Manager in reporting sales performance and pipeline updates.Required Skills and Experience• Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Business, Logistics, International Trade, or related fields).• 1–2 years of working experience in logistics, freight forwarding• Strong interest in sales and client facing roles.• Good communication and interpersonal skills.• Proficient in English (spoken and written).• Wellorganized, detailoriented, and proactive.• Able to work in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment.Why Candidate should apply this position• Basic salary: up to 1520 mil + monthly bonus based on performance• Commission will be awarded if the monthly sales target is achieved.• Fullsalary insurance contribution• Laptop and mobile phone provided• On-the-job training with the Sales Manager• Friendly and international working environmentPrefer if candidate have• Fluency with Mandarin is a plusReporting toDirect ManagerInterviewing ProcessInterview with Manager and VN team (in English): Online interview -> Facetoface interview
