Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business plans for education products.
- Create periodic business plans for branch clusters, allocate targets, and manage sales resources.
- Monitor and boost sales performance of branch clusters.
- Collaborate with Marketing to implement business development strategies.
- Work with HR to build and train the sales team.
- Compile and report business performance, proposing improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- At least 3 years of experience with a proven track record of success, preferably in the Education/Training sector.
- Strong skills in planning, organizing, and executing business activities in detail.
- Leadership skills with the ability to develop and manage teams effectively.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Proficiency in negotiation, persuasion, and relationship building with clients.
- Good English communication skills (candidates with IELTS, TOEIC, or equivalent certificates are preferred).
- Understanding of personalized education and a desire to develop personalized learning systems in English training.
