QA/QC Engineer
to join our world-class Spartan team.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate directly with founders, engineers, and product managers to clarify and refine requirements.
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases aligned with business goals.
- Perform functional, regression, API, and integration testing across multiple environments.
- Identify and document defects, root causes, and risks — ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement.
- Maintain structured documentation, including test reports, checklists, and release notes.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to strengthen quality assurance practices.
- Support Agile development by participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Work closely with developers to ensure quality from development through production.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in software testing, with strong QA fundamentals.
- Fluent English communication (both written and verbal) — you'll collaborate directly with global clients.
- Proficiency in manual testing across web and mobile platforms.
- Familiarity with tools like
Jira
,
Notion
,
Postman
, and
MySQL
. - Experience in
API testing
and test case design. - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Solid understanding of
Agile/Scrum
methodology. - Self-driven, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset.

- Background in business analysis or product ownership.
