Infomation:

The QA/QC position is responsible for ensuring the quality and high performance of software products by developing and implementing comprehensive testing strategies. This role focuses on building and maintaining effective testing processes—from functional testing to performance and security testing—to ensure products meet quality standards and client requirements.

Resposibilities:

  • Test Planning & Strategy:
    Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies for projects to ensure product quality and performance.
  • Test Execution:
    Perform various types of testing, including functional, performance, and security testing on microservices systems integrated with OpenAPI and gRPC.
  • Automation Testing:
    Proficiently apply automation testing tools and techniques to automate test processes, optimize efficiency, and reduce testing time.
  • Manual Testing:
    Conduct manual testing using API, Performance, Security testing tools to ensure product accuracy and quality.
  • Test Project Management:
    Manage part or all of the testing project, coordinating with developers, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure a smooth testing process.
  • Oversee project progress and provide consulting for testing strategies in ongoing or new projects, ensuring stability and minimizing subjective risks as well as objective risks (network issues, attacks, etc.).
  • Problem Analysis & Resolution:
    Analyze defects and issues found during testing; propose solutions and improvements to enhance product quality.
  • Workload & Task Management:
    Understand how to manage and allocate tasks within testing projects to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.

Requirements

  • Testing Knowledge;
    In-depth understanding of various testing types:
    functional, performance, and security testing on microservices systems integrated with OpenAPI and gRPC.
  • Manual Testing Skills
  • Proficient in manual testing tools and techniques (API, Performance, Security).
  • Automation Testing Skills
  • Strong experience and proficiency in automation testing tools and methodologies.
  • Problem-Solving Skills:
    Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to propose effective improvements.
  • Communication & Project Management:
    Strong communication and project management skills; ability to convey ideas clearly and guide stakeholders effectively.
  • Agile & Scrum Knowledge:
    Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience:
    Minimum 4–6 years of experience in QA/QC, especially with modern testing tools and technologies, including manual testing, automation testing, security testing, and performance testing.
  • Additional Skills:
    Proficiency in both manual and automation testing tools and techniques.
