One of our clients, which is a software company, is now looking for Sales Assistant.

【Job detail】

  • Sales administration for both new and existing clients
  • Propose products and services, negotiate contracts, and finalize deals
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
  • Prepare sales reports and track progress
  • Facilitate communication in Japanese within the company and with external clients, including conducting meetings and presentations
  • Attend client meetings and business discussions to generate new opportunities
  • Negotiation with software supplier, which is Japanese company, and purchasing

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Basic PC skills.
  • Japanese:N2 advanced level(To discuss about purchasing software with Japanese.)
  • English: Intermediate level(for discussing about the contract with the client.)
  • 3 year or more of experience as a sales assistant in a Japanese company.
