Job Description
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support rapid delivery of 20–50+ microservices.
- Implement and manage IaC using Terraform and Ansible to provision and configure infrastructure environments.
- Build and operate Kubernetes clusters and supporting services in a cloud-agnostic manner.
- Automate deployments using Helm and GitOps tools like Argo CD.
- Manage secrets and enforce security best practices across the platform.
- Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure high availability and quick incident response.
- Collaborate closely with software engineering teams to streamline build, deploy, and release processes.
- Contribute to improving platform reliability, performance, and cost efficiency.
- Support incident response and production operations as needed.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3 – 5 years of experience in DevOps/Platform Engineering roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with Terraform and Ansible for infrastructure provisioning.
- Proven experience building CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI.
- Working knowledge of Kubernetes — deployment, troubleshooting, scaling, networking.
- Experience with containerization (Docker, image optimization, best practices).
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, etc.).
- Comfortable with scripting in Bash or Python for automation tasks.
- Familiarity with GitOps workflows (Argo CD or Flux).
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals (Firewall, DNS, ingress, load balancing).
