You will be responsible for providing administrative, technical, and project management support to an Executive and leadership team.

Your responsibilities would include:

  • Executive Assistant
  • Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to Country General Manager
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements, ensuring smooth coordination of meetings and events
  • Organize VIP visits, including end-to-end arrangements for transportation, accommodation, and logistics
  • Prepare and verify expense reports for the GM, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
  • Keep, manage, and ensure proper usage of company stamps in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information
  • Sales Assistant
  • Assist sales team with order processing (PO/GR), documentation, and coordination with internal/ external stakeholders
  • Support visa application processes for business travel and visiting guests as required
  • Organize and support sales meetings and events, including end-to-end logistical arrangements

Job Qualifications

  • Vietnamese nationality
  • Bachelor's Degree with at least 3 years of relevant working experience in big corporations
  • Fluent in both English and Vietnamese
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a professional attitude
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and highly disciplined
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure
