What you'll do:

As a Technical Service Specialist based in Ho Chi Minh City, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between technical expertise and customer needs.   • Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering or related fields is required for this position.
  • A minimum of five years' experience providing technical service within Masterbatch, Pigment, Polymer or similar industries is essential.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Masterbatch market within Vietnam is necessary to effectively serve local clients.
  • A well-established customer base within Polymer or Masterbatch industries will enable you to hit the ground running.
  • Excellent communication skills are vital for both spoken and written English when interacting with diverse stakeholders.
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure ensures consistent delivery of high-quality service even during challenging situations.
  • Demonstrated dynamism, self-motivation, problem-solving abilities, strong interpersonal skills, service mindset, professionalism and coordination skills are highly valued.
