RESPONSIBITIES

1/ Manage Supply and Procurement:

  • Procurement plan in weekly, monthly.
  • Work with manufacture, IDC for goods procurement and allocation.
  • Create PO and update import shipment to SAP system.
  • Be responsible tracking for all shipments goods in transit from manufactures, IDC to ensure no missing and all the shipment arrive to Vietnam on time.
  • Notification tracking to ensure all notification ready when goods arrive to Vietnam.
  • Follow up customs process, sub label to ensure gods available for sales as plan.
  • Alert to stakeholder and take action with IDC, transport, customs and warehouse for all the supply risks.
  • Inventory management and allocation both Online and Offline channel, stock transfer among warehouses.
  • Manage goods of slow moving and obsolete, destruction by proposal action list and get approval for clearing.
  • Monitor products cycle life in monthly, selling catalogue management.
  • Inventory planning for Budget and Trend.
  • Other tasks to be assigned by line manager.

2/ Report:

  • Monthly performance report (inventory value & day, slow moving, obsolete, E&O report, catalogue).
  • Supply risks report.
  • SLOB memo.
  • Supply KPI (FUN).

QUALIFICATION

  • More than 3 years of working experience as Supply Chain, Platform.
  • Strong in experience in Excel, VBA/SQL, Power BI tool to simplify data processing and analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills for root cause analysis as well as mutual.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work with multiple business partners within and outside the organization to reconcile data.
  • Able to work under pressure of short daily deadlines
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Highly adaptable with a "can-do" attitude
  • Attention to details.
  • High level of accuracy and responsibility to follow through
  • Personality: honest, trustworthy, respectful, sensitivity, flexible, integrity
