Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive (Coffee Channel Development) based in District 1. The Sales Executive will focus on developing and expanding the company's presence within the coffee channel, including cafés, coffee chains, and specialty coffee businesses.
Key duties include managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, developing effective sales strategies, and achieving sales targets specific to the coffee segment. The role also involves regular client visits, conducting market research, and maintaining comprehensive client and market records to support sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the company's coffee channel network.
- Identify and approach potential clients in the café and coffee chain segment.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key partners and customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in line with company objectives.
- Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitor activities in the coffee industry.
- Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to ensure smooth execution of business plans.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights for management decision-making.
- Represent the company professionally at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development skills
- Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
- Experience in the food, beverage, or cosmetics industry is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet sales targets and work in a high-pressure environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Fluency in English and Vietnamese is preferred
