  • Lead, mentor, and manage the national business development team by setting clear targets, providing ongoing support, and fostering a collaborative culture focused on exceeding sales objectives.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new high-value business opportunities by building a strong pipeline through networking, relationship-building, and market intelligence gathering.
  • Cultivate and maintain enduring relationships with key clients, strategic partners, and industry stakeholders to ensure long-term mutual success.
  • Direct all stages of the sales cycle from prospecting and lead qualification through negotiation to contract closure, ensuring seamless transitions between each phase.
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasting as well as regular performance reporting and insightful market analysis to inform senior commercial leadership decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with Key Account Management, Solutions, and Marketing teams to ensure an integrated go-to-market approach that maximises value for clients.
  • Monitor evolving market trends in logistics, freight forwarding, and supply chain sectors to proactively identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Champion best practices in customer engagement while upholding the highest standards of professionalism throughout all interactions.

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics or a related field is required for this position.
  • At least 12 years of hands-on experience in B2B sales or business development within the logistics or supply chain sector is essential.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience managing sales teams at a senior level demonstrates your ability to inspire others towards shared goals.
  • Deep familiarity with the Vietnamese logistics market—including freight forwarding—is mandatory for success in this role.
  • A proven track record of developing successful sales strategies that have delivered substantial revenue growth within Vietnam is highly valued.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities are needed alongside advanced negotiation skills and strategic planning capabilities.
  • Business fluency in English is required; proficiency in Thai would be considered an advantage but is not essential.
  • Outstanding communication skills enable you to build rapport quickly with diverse stakeholders across multiple levels of seniority.
  • Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams such as Key Account Management or Marketing enhances your suitability for this post.
