Position: Logistics Specialist

As a Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for
coordinating and optimizing global shipping operations, ensuring efficient transportation, document management, and compliance with international trade regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plans and coordinates shipments, optimizing loading and managing bookings.
  • Monitors shipping operations, updates records, and addresses buyer and supplier inquiries.
  • Ensures accurate documentation, verifies shipping records, and manages bills in SAP.
  • Creates packing lists and collaborates with finance for expense payments.
  • Communicates with suppliers to track container releases and shipping documents.
  • Reports issues to managers, ensuring smooth logistics operations and cost efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 3 years of experience
    in Logistics, Import-Export, or Supply Chain. Experience in trading/buying offices is a plus.
  • Language:
    Proficient in English.
  • Strong knowledge of incoterms, international transport regulations.
  • Familiar with customs codes for widely consumed products and proficient in basic accounting.
  • Skilled in analyzing shipping documents such as bills of lading, certificates of origin, and consignment notes.
  • Able to detect anomalies in transport operations and optimize logistics processes.
  • Proficient in logistics software, transport management systems
