Logistics Operations Officer

We are now looking for
Logistics Operations Officers
to join our growing team. This role

focuses on supporting both delivery partners and clients through the smooth execution of daily

operations.

Responsibilities

● Monitor and support the day-to-day execution of delivery orders across partner networks.

● Coordinate with delivery partners to ensure service quality, provide timely updates, and

resolve any issues.

● Assist clients in onboarding, account setup, and operational guidance (profile

completion, system usage, training support).

● Track and follow up on invoices, COD remittances, and postpaid account activities.

● Handle escalation cases, service failures, or exceptions by liaising with both clients and

partners.

● Maintain records of operations activities and provide feedback for process

improvements.

● Work closely with the internal team to ensure system data accuracy (order status,

payments, COD flows).

● Support implementation of new service updates or integrations with partners.

Skills & Requirements

● Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (preferred fields: Logistics, Business

Administration, Supply Chain, or related).

● 1–2 years of experience in logistics, operations, or customer support (internships or

entry-level experience also considered).

● Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.

● Perfect communication skills in Vietnamese and English.

● Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle operational issues under pressure.

● Tech-savvy, comfortable using digital platforms, spreadsheets, and CRM/ERP tools.

● Team player with a willingness to learn and grow in a startup environment.
