Role Description

  • Assist engagement team to provide excellent and high-quality services to our client, including but not limited to:
  • Research regulations and apply understanding of legislation to client cases under guidance and instruction.
  • Assist in preparing tax returns, payroll calculation and tax advice.
  • Assist in preparing immigration applications including visa and work permits.
  • Assist in preparing materials for tax/immigration briefings for client meetings.
  • Interact with the Tax, Immigration and Labor authorities and other relevant authorities in relation to clients' affairs and service provision.
  • Provide administrative support for the engagements.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Stay up to date on applicable regulations and best practices in global mobility

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant subjects, e.g., accounting, finance, economics, law,....
  • Good analytical skills, logical thinking, and enjoy working with numbers as well as writing.
  • Strong organizational, time management skills, and effective communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a high level of initiative.
  • Enthusiastic, demonstrate a "can do" and "teamwork" attitude with an ability to learn quickly.
  • Good command of English and Vietnamese.
