1. Key Accountabilities:

  • Design, develop, deploy, and maintain Automation & Power Platform solutions (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agent), and RPA (UiPath) to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Translate business requirements from Business Analysts (BA) into application solutions, workflows, and automation bots.
  • Identify areas and processes that can better leverage Microsoft D365 (Business Central), Office 365, and SharePoint for process improvement.
  • Ensure the stability, security, and effectiveness of automation solutions within the organization.

2. Job Description:

Development & Integration

  • Build PowerApps applications (Canvas, Model-driven) to serve internal needs (Finance, HR, Operations, etc.).
  • Design and implement Power Automate workflows for business process automation (approvals, AP, training requests, project tracking).
  • Develop RPA bots and collaborate with vendors on Power Automate Desktop/UiPath for complex processes.
  • Integrate ERP, CRM, SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, and PDF systems via APIs, Dataverse, or connectors.
  • Implement OCR for document processing and data analysis.
  • Connect and extend Copilot Studio / Power Virtual Agent to create virtual assistants for employees.

Collaboration & Support

  • Work with BAs to gather, analyze, and refine business requirements.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on using Power Platform apps & bots.

Innovation & Research

  • Stay updated on new technologies related to AI Copilot, Generative AI - Microsoft Eco-system & Others.
  • Propose improvements and optimization for existing solutions.

3. Other tasks – if any:

  • Support the development of a long-term strategy for the AI & Automation Team.
  • Participate in building the Automation Center of Excellence (CoE).
  • Assist in deploying Power BI dashboards for management and reporting purposes.
  • Participate in training and mentoring junior developers or citizen developers within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform – Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agent, and RPA (UiPath).
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
  • Strong experience with databases like mySQL and Microsoft Dataverse.
  • Prior experience developing enterprise applications with Power Apps and Power Automate is a strong advantage (or "is preferred").
  • Experience developing Office 365 solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Teams, and SharePoint Online.
  • Experience with testing and troubleshooting.
  • Experience in meeting scalability and performance improvement requirements.
