Position Overview:
To hire a Head of Marketing with strong strategic planning capabilities, able to lead

multi-functional teams and elevate the company's brand professionally, effectively, and sustainably. With strong strategic thinking, deep understanding of brand and digital, proven ability to execute and optimize multi-channel operations, and leadership style characterized by speed, decisiveness, innovation, and modern thinking.

Responsibities:

Marketing Strategy & Branding

  • Develop DAT Group's overall brand strategy.
  • Build the brand identity and guideline system.
  • Lead creative direction and brand communications.

●
Multi-channel Marketing Management

  • Plan and execute integrated Marketing initiatives across customer segments.
  • Oversee digital, social, performance, and content operations.
  • Use data insights to optimize campaign effectiveness.

●
Content & Digital Development

  • Direct content strategy for product categories and target audiences.
  • Supervise SEO, advertising, lead generation, and media activities.

●
Team Leadership

  • Build, lead, and develop the Marketing team across all levels.
  • Establish processes, standards, and reporting systems.

●
Budget & Partner Management

  • Manage Marketing budgets based on ROI principles.
  • Work with agencies, production teams, and media partners.

●
Corporate Communications

  • Ensure brand voice consistency internally and externally.
  • Support the CEO in selected strategic communication initiatives.

Requirements:

● 8–10 years of Marketing experience.

● Minimum 5 years at Head/Director Marketing level, leading large teams (10 people or more).

●
Experience in I
ndustrial Automation / Renewable Energy Solutions /
Solar Energy / UPS / Power Supply / Inverter.

●
Strong skills in Strategy & Planning, Brand Management & Creative Direction, Digital & Performance Marketing, CRM/Automation.
