About the Company

Our client is a growing international manufacturing group with production facilities in Vietnam and Myanmar and headquarters in Hong Kong. The company develops and exports garments to global markets (mainly EU). The Vietnam entity has recently expanded to a new large-scale production site and is now strengthening its finance and accounting leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee overall accounting operations, month-end closing, and financial reporting
  • Manage tax filings (VAT, CIT, FCT, VAT) and ensure compliance with Vietnamese regulations
  • Prepare and review financial statements under VAS and coordinate annual audits
  • Monitor cash collection, credit control, and internal control procedures
  • Liaise with external consultants and group finance for tax compliance and transfer pricing documentation
  • Support budget planning, cost control, and reporting to headquarters
  • Lead collaboration between local and group finance teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in accounting and tax in a manufacturing company
  • Strong knowledge of VAS and Vietnamese tax regulations; IFRS understanding is a plus
  • Proficiency in Excel and accounting software
  • English communication skills at an intermediate or higher level
  • Chief Accountant Certificate is an advantage

Employment Details

  • Location:
    Tay Ninh Province (on-site; accommodation provided for management staff)
  • Working Hours:
    Monday to Friday, 8:00 – 16:30
  • Salary:
    Competitive and negotiable based on experience
