Planning & Forecasting

Support demand and supply planning activities to ensure accurate forecasts and production schedules.

Monitor sales orders, inventory levels, and production capacity to balance supply and demand.

Assist in developing supply chain KPIs and performance tracking.

Procurement & Sourcing

Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of raw materials, components, and services.

Request quotations, analyze costs, and support negotiations for best terms.

Monitor supplier performance in terms of quality, lead time, and compliance.

Logistics & Inventory Management

Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, including transportation and warehousing.

Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery to customers.

Manage inventory levels to minimize shortages or overstock situations.

Cross-Functional Coordination

Work closely with production, sales, and quality teams to support business operations.

Collaborate with finance on cost analysis, budgeting, and invoice reconciliation.

Address supply chain issues, bottlenecks, and customer service challenges.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

Prepare regular reports on supply chain performance (delivery, cost, lead time, inventory accuracy).

Identify risks and improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Support implementation of ERP/supply chain systems and process standardization.

Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu): Đại Học

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement.
  • Understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes (planning, sourcing, logistics, customer delivery). Experienced in sourcing materials for manufacturing, like aluminium; preferably experience with Chinese suppliers. Experience with supplier selection, tender, negotiation, auditing, transport , customs etc.
  • Fluent in English, Chinese understanding is a plus (not required)
