Job Overview:We are looking for aSenior Developer/Tech leaderwho is both a strongsystem designerand ahands-on builder. You'll take the lead in architecting and developing our next-generationchat platform and AI-driven agentic systems, built to handlemassive data flows and real-time interactionsat scale.The primary focus of this position is the designing, building, and owning robust and highly scalable systems. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible forproviding direct, hands-on coding and design contributions, while mentoring team members and driving technical excellence.Key Responsibilities:Design and buildhigh-performance, scalable backend systems and services that power large-scale, real-time chat and AI interaction platforms.- Analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable, high-level technical specifications- Lead technical direction— define system architecture, set technical standards, and ensure scalability and reliability.- Write and review codeto ensure best practices, performance, and maintainability.- Collaborate closelywith Product, DevOps teams and other stakeholders to bring ideas to life quickly and reliably.- Mentor and guide engineering teamson design principles, coding standards, performance optimization, and architectural best practices.- Proactively identify bottlenecks and performance issuesacross systems and drive solutions.- Ensure strong practices in monitoring, alerting, resilience, and fault-tolerance.Requirements:Experience: 7+ yearsin Software Development, including significant time as a Senior Developer or Team Lead, with proven experience designing and building large-scale systems.- Hands-on mindset— you enjoy both designing the big picture and implementing critical components yourself.- Strong understanding of distributed systems, data-intensive architectures, and system performance optimization.- Open to any tech stack— what matters is adaptability and the willingness to learn.
