Kiến thức sâu rộng về các nền tảng thiết kế CATIA, thiết kế chi tiết (Part Design), thiết kế hình dạng tổng hợp (Generative Shape Design), thiết kế lắp ráp (Assembly Design), thiết kế kim loại tấm (Sheet Metal) và tích hợp dữ liệu giữa CATIA và Team Center, phân tích rủi ro va chạm (clash clearance risk analysis);Hiểu biết tốt về các yêu cầu liên quan đến công thái học (ergonomics), khoảng hở tay (hand clearance), khoảng hở lắp ráp (assembly clearance), tầm với của tay (hand reachability), nghiên cứu tầm nhìn (visibility study), khả năng bảo trì (serviceability), v.v. Có khả năng tạo master sections trong CATIA;Hiểu biết sâu về trình tá»± lắp ráp xe. Có khả năng xác định quy trình lắp ráp các linh kiện điện – điện tá»­ (EE components), phối hợp với bộ phận lắp ráp tổng (general assembly), đội prototype và đội kiến trúc xe (vehicle architecture team);Kiến thức tốt về lá»±a chọn vật liệu, thiết kế cho khả năng tản nhiệt, nghiên cứu khả năng chống nước (water sealing study), thiết kế kết cấu, mô phỏng độ co giãn của ống mềm (bellows contraction/elongation simulation), các tham số DFA & DFM;Có kiến thức sâu rộng về thiết kế kim loại tấm, thiết kế nhá»±a với các yếu tố lá»±a chọn vật liệu, tính khả thi của khuôn (tooling feasibility), các tham số DFA & DFM. Cần hiểu về độ bền, độ cứng, phân tích NVH (Noise, Vibration, Harshness) trong quy trình CAE;Hiểu biết tốt về các hệ thống trên xe, truyền nhiệt, truyền rung và các động học của hệ thống xe để xác định yêu cầu bảo vệ linh kiện điện – điện tá»­ trong các vùng khác nhau của xe và các rủi ro liên quan;Kiến thức chuyên sâu về DFMEA và các bài học kinh nghiệm từ các dá»± án tích hợp linh kiện EE trước đây;Kỹ năng quản lý chÆ°Æng trình/dá»± án tốt. RequirementsTốt nghiệp Đại học hoặc Thạc sÄ ngành Kỹ thuật CÆ khí, Kỹ thuật Điện, Kỹ thuật Ô tô hoặc chuyên ngành liên quan.Tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm thá»±c tế với CATIA V5, TEAM CENTER.Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt, tiếng Anh trình độ Level 3.
