Definethe vehicle level DVP (Design Validation Plan) for all programs based onprogram requirements like features, region, design review, product positioning inthe market etc. to cover all aspects of Handling and steering performance validation.Leadthe test execution for Vehicle Dynamics performance assessment and ensuretimely completion of tests as per DVP.Bethe subject matter expert for Vehicle Dynamics test execution, test standardsand results interpretation.Executefull vehicle level objective testing for handling and steering as per ISO test standards.Performvehicle preparation with the required equipment (Steering Robot, Gyro sensors, Steeringtransducers, accelerometers, LVDT sensors etc) to measure vehicle levelobjective data for performance mapping.Executevehicle benchmarking tests on competitor vehicles (Subjective and objective)and report clear differences to provide guidance for future Vinfast vehicleprograms.Analysethe data with available softwares and generate reports as per Vinfast internalguidelines and standards.Maintainrecord of vehicle dynamics status against VTS targets for all programs toreport Pass/Fail items.Capturevehicle handling and steering related issues in JIRA and ensure smoothcoordination with respective stakeholders for timely resolution and solutionimplementations.Actas a gatekeeper for Vehicle Dynamics issues and validate solutions to solveproblems related to Chassis Hardware or Software.Superviseand maintain all test instrumentation in the best shape to be able to deliveraccurate and high quality test results.Mentoring junior colleagues leading to their Vehicledynamics skill and career development. RequirementsBachelors or Masters degree in Engineering with soundknowledge on Electric Vehicles and Automotive industry.  5 -10 years of experience in Vehicle Dynamics objective andsubjective assessment of vehicles.Good knowledge of Vehicle dynamics basics and understandingof chassis Hardware/Software.Extensive vehicle data acquisition, data analysis andreporting skills.High Limit driving and vehicle assessment capability(Certification from OEM/supplier advantageous).Experience of working on ISO objective Handling testmanoeuvres and knowledge of metrics associated with each.Experience of testing and evaluating vehicles in the testtrack/proving ground.Managing test resources, planning and executionindependently with no to minimal supervision.Ability to work and adapt in fast paced environment managingmultiple projects simultaneously.
