OBJECTIVES

Be responsible for financial analysis and business performance assessment related to the Company's commercial activities; support the evaluation of financial impacts of products, sales programs, and marketing campaigns in order to optimize business performance and profitability.

MAIN MISSIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform financial analysis and assess business performance across management dimensions (products, channels, business units, etc.).

• Analyze the financial impact of:

• New products / product models

• Business models and business proposals

• Sales programs, marketing campaigns, and business projects

• Provide in-depth financial and business analysis, along with recommendations, to support decision-making by Senior Management and authorized stakeholders.

• Conduct early forecasting based on business trends and key influencing factors; assess the feasibility of business plans at business unit level.

• Collaborate with relevant departments to collect, process, and analyze data for business and financial analysis purposes.

• Develop and maintain financial models; participate in budgeting and forecasting activities as assigned.

• Prepare ad-hoc reports and analyses as requested by the Line Manager.

• Ensure full compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulations related to assigned tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
• 1–2 years of experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, Financial Analysis, or equivalent roles.
• Experience or understanding of the financial services environment is a plus.

PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES

• Strong understanding of financial principles and business performance, with the ability to analyze, synthesize, and provide recommendations to support business decisions.
• Ability to process and analyze data for financial and performance evaluation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience in financial modeling is an advantage.
• Ability to work with data and BI tools (e.g. Power BI, SQL) is a plus.
• Ability to use English effectively in a professional working environment.
