The role is responsible for leading and overseeing the operational excellence and business expansion of early childhood education operations in Vietnam. This includes driving internationalisation strategies, managing overall performance, and supporting the sustainable growth of the organization's early childhood education portfolio.

Responsibilities

Business Internationalisation in Vietnam

  • Conduct in-depth research on Vietnam's early childhood education market, especially within the growing middle-income segment, to support long-term investment strategies.
  • Work with internal and external professional teams to define study scope, gather market insights, analyze investment potential, and present recommendations to senior management.

Operations Management

  • Oversee the daily operations of all centers across Vietnam.
  • Ensure renovation standards, center specifications, and operational practices comply with corporate guidelines, SOPs, and local regulations.
  • Prepare and manage annual budgets, monitor enrolment and financial performance, and provide timely management reports.
  • Coordinate curriculum planning and teacher training to uphold program quality.
  • Identify new business opportunities and continuously evaluate market potential.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop teams to deliver growth, quality services, and operational excellence.
  • Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners, industry stakeholders, and government authorities.
  • Support the business growth and performance improvement of franchise centers
  • Evaluate expansion potential in new cities and present strategic recommendations.

Business Development

  • Plan and establish new centers according to the approved expansion roadmap.
  • Assess financial feasibility and partnership opportunities with prospective franchisees and investors.
  • Conduct market analysis and stay updated on industry trends and competitive movements.
  • Oversee joint venture processes from negotiation through pre-opening phases, ensuring milestone completion.
  • Define and track KPIs to support business performance and growth targets.

Corporate Functions

  • Drive and support corporate-level projects and joint ventures, including:
  • Agreement signings and post-signature activities.
  • Office setup and management services coordination.
  • Management Services Agreements (MSA).
  • Oversight of expatriate and corporate financial matters.


Centre Leadership

  • Supervise the Principal and Vice Principal to ensure smooth center operations.
  • Represent the center at parent meetings, talks, and community events to support enrolment growth.
  • Build strong partnerships with families and the local community.
  • Provide training to teachers on communication and parent engagement.
  • Ensure curriculum delivery, safety, and compliance with quality standards.
  • Maintain a professional, safe, and inspiring learning environment for children and staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Education Management, or related fields.
  • At least 8 years of experience in education operations or business development, ideally in early childhood education.
  • Proven track record in leading multi-site operations and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong knowledge of Vietnam's regulatory environment and education market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Vietnamese is an advantage.
