Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Strategy & Planning

• Develop and implement financial strategies to ensure the company's financial objectives are achieved.
• Oversee long-term budgeting, forecasting, and cost management aligned with the company's strategic direction.
• Act as a strategic Business Partner to the Indonesia Managing Director, providing in-depth financial analysis to optimize the use of commercial resources and support the establishment of an optimal local group entity structure.

2. Financial Management

• Manage and oversee the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems.
• Ensure full compliance with applicable accounting standards and financial regulations.
• Supervise investment activities and develop effective cash management strategies.

3. Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports, forecasts, and statutory statements to the Group Finance Manager, Board of Directors, and shareholders.
• Conduct detailed financial and performance analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making.

4. Risk Management & Internal Control

• Identify, assess, and mitigate financial and operational risks.
• Establish and implement policies, procedures, and internal controls to maintain financial discipline and governance.

5. Leadership & Team Management

• Lead and manage the finance function, including accounting, treasury, audit, and tax, ensuring full compliance with local statutory, financial, and tax regulations.
• Develop a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and a growth mindset within the finance team.

6. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to support and drive overall business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, auditors, banks, and other financial stakeholders.

7. Corporate Governance & Audit

• Ensure adherence to corporate governance standards and ethical principles.
• Manage relationships with external auditors and oversee annual audit processes, including tax audits.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience in financial roles.
• Fluent English proficiency.
