Description

Digital Channel Management (50%)

  • Lead re-open and operations of CIMB's external digital platforms. Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other paid channels to drive user acquisition and customer lifetime value.
  • Prepare comprehensive media plans, including budget allocation, channel mix, target/re-target strategy, and performance projections
  • Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates to maximize performance.
  • Optimize user engagement, traffic, and conversion through data-driven enhancements.
  • Ensure brand consistency, regulatory compliance, and quality of content across all channels.
  • Vendor Sourcing & Management: Identify and manage third-party vendors to support specialized project needs.

Campaign and Content Management (40%)

  • Localize and apply Group branding guidelines; ensure consistency across ATL/BTL/Digital touchpoints.
  • Partner with Marketing teams to plan and execute campaigns; align digital messaging and assets.
  • Campaign execution: Launch and manage campaigns across multiple platforms, including paid search, social media, email, and display advertising
  • Budget management: Oversee and allocate campaign budgets efficiently to maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Content and creative collaboration: Work with design and content PIC to create compelling campaign assets, such as ad copy, visuals, and landing pages
  • Performance analysis and reporting:
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), such as website traffic, engagement, and conversion rates. Prepare reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights

Stakeholder Coordination & Reporting (10%)

  • Collaborate with Partnership, Product, Digital, and CX teams to align plans and messaging.
  • Produce monthly performance reports on digital channels and communication effectiveness.
  • Track and manage budgets for digital communications activities.

Job Specification

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.

  • 5–7 years of experience in Performance marketing, Corporate Communications, or Brand Management.
  • Successful track record in developing and implementing a digital channel road map and digital acquisition campaign
  • Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, and programmatic advertising
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, GTM, and attribution models
  • Hands‑on experience managing social platforms and/or digital campaigns.
  • Digital content & channel management
  • Analytical mindset; familiarity with Google Analytics and social analytics tools.
