(Phu My Hung has transportation for staffs from Hanoi) Job Description: - Assist the vice general director (VGD) in daily admin operations: Prepare speeches, reports, presentations, meeting minutes; Review, update, manage schedules, organize meetings and events for the VGD; Book and arrange travel ticket, transportation, and accommodation for the VGD… - Remind the VGD and related teams of important tasks and deadlines to ensure updated communication. - Liaise with relevant team leaders to ensure on-time reports, on-time project progress, budget estimates & updates… - Support in developing & maintaining important relationships - Assist the VGD in implementing and maintaining procedures, systems; company's database… - Control expenses/budget of VGD; accounting documents related to working activities; - Organize data and report on potential land investment opportunity, specific and targeted markets, as provided by the VGD & investment team. - Work with relevant team to ensure adequate information of quality lead projects to submit to the President and company's investment team. - Assist VGD with Human Resource plan to ensure effective and efficient functions of departments; - Other tasks assigned by VGD.
