Lập kế hoạch & Quản lý đơn hàng

  • Tiếp nhận nhu cầ
    I. MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
    u nhập khẩu hóa chất từ phòng Kinh doanh, lập kế hoạch nhập hàng phù hợp.
  • Theo dõi quá trình thông quan – vận chuyển – nhập kho
  • Phối hợp với phòng kế toán để thanh toán quốc tế (T/T, L/C)

Phối hợp với đơn vị Logistics / Forwarder

  • Làm việc với các bên vận chuyển, forwarder, cơ quan hải quan để đảm bảo bảo hàng hóa được thông quan đúng hạn.
  • Sắp xếp và giám sát các hoạt động vận chuyển hàng hóa từ cảng về kho hoặc từ kho đến khách hàng.
  • Theo dõi quá trình vận chuyển, xử lý phát sinh chậm trễ, tổn thất (nếu có).
  • Kiểm tra, đối chiếu chứng từ (CO, BL, Invoice, Packing List, MSDS, giấy phép...) đảm bảo tính hợp lệ, đúng quy định.
  • Theo dõi tiến độ thông quan, giao nhận hàng hóa; xử lý sự cố phát sinh (nếu có).
  • Giám sát chi phí logistics, tối ưu thời gian và chi phí vận chuyển.

Quản lý chứng từ & hồ sơ xuất nhập khẩu

  • Lưu trữ và quản lý hồ sơ XNK khoa học, đầy đủ và tuân thủ quy định pháp luật.
  • Hoàn thiện hồ sơ thanh toán quốc tế, phối hợp với phòng kế toán để thực hiện thanh toán cho nhà cung cấp.
  • Tổng hợp và báo cáo định kỳ/đột xuất tình hình XNK, chi phí logistics.

Kiểm soát chi phí & báo cáo

  • Kiểm tra, đối chiếu các chi phí phát sinh liên quan đến logistics, thuế nhập khẩu (HS code, duty rate) và hải quan.
  • Đề xuất giải pháp tối ưu chi phí và quy trình nhập khẩu.
  • Lập báo cáo kịp thời và định kỳ về tình hình xuất nhập khẩu, tiến độ vận chuyển, tình hình tồn kho và chi phí liên quan.

II. YÊU CẦU

  • Tốt nghiệp Cao Đẳng/Đại học chuyên ngành Xuất nhập khẩu, Kinh tế vận tải, Logistics hoặc các ngành liên quan
  • Ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương. Ưu tiên kinh nghiệm trong ngành hóa chất.
  • Nắm vững quy trình và thủ tục xuất nhập khẩu, kiến thức về Incoterms, thanh toán quốc tế.
  • Hiểu biết về các loại hình thủ tục hải quan, biểu thuế, mã HS.
  • Có kiến thức cơ bản về quy định liên quan đến hóa chất.
  • Thành thạo Microsoft Office, đặc biệt Excel.
  • Thành thạo Tiếng Anh.
