This role will drive the adoption of AI technologies that enhance customer experience, optimize operations, and enable data-driven growth across the enterprise.

Responsibilities:

  • Consult and contribute to the AI strategy and development roadmap with the Sector's Board of Management.
  • Lead and oversee AI, banking, and fintech projects, products, and services.
  • Define and execute the enterprise data and AI strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals, compliance, and ethical standards.
  • Identify and deliver high-impact AI initiatives across customer engagement, risk assessment, underwriting, and retention.
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of predictive models and AI solutions — ensuring scalability, reliability, and fairness.
  • Strengthen data infrastructure, governance, and quality in collaboration with technology and business teams.
  • Lead and develop a cross-functional team (data scientists, AI engineers, analytics experts).
  • Foster a data-driven and innovation-oriented culture across the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with AI governance, data privacy, and financial regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields.
  • 7+ years of experience in AI, Data Science, or Analytics, including 3+ years in leadership or technical management.
  • Proven success in AI transformation or digital innovation within financial or banking institutions.
  • Strong understanding of risk management, regulatory frameworks, and financial operations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver AI-driven initiatives with measurable business impact.
