Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive IT Support Specialist with hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring the smooth operation of Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and related security configurations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line and second-line technical support to internal users via email, phone, or in-person.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 applications and services.
  • Administer Microsoft 365 accounts, licenses, user setups, and access rights via the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
  • Configure and manage Exchange Online mailboxes, distribution groups, shared mailboxes, etc.
  • Support and maintain Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint environments.
  • Monitor system performance, security, and backups.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Document technical issues and solutions in the knowledge base.
  • Assist in onboarding/offboarding employees from a technical standpoint (email setup, access management, hardware/software preparation).
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and security best practices.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in an IT support role.
  • Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
  • Knowledge of Windows OS (Windows 10/11), Microsoft Office applications, and remote support tools. - Experience with Active Directory and Azure Active Directory is a plus.
  • Familiarity with endpoint protection and basic network troubleshooting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills in English.
