Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Assurance (QA) Manager located in Bac Ninh, Vietnam. The QA Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire quality assurance process, ensuring that all products meet established standards. Daily tasks include developing and implementing quality management systems, conducting regular audits, managing quality assurance teams, and coordinating with other departments to resolve quality issues. The QA Manager will also be responsible for training staff on quality control processes, analyzing quality performance data, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Qualifications

  • Quality Assurance, Audit, and Quality Management System (QMS) implementation skills
  • Experience in conducting quality inspections and developing quality control plans
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and analytical abilities
  • Excellent communication and team coordination skills
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and standards
  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or related field
  • Previous experience in the electronics manufacturing industry is a plus
  • Ability to work on-site in Bac Ninh, Vietnam
