Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Control (QC) Supervisor located in Bac Ninh, Vietnam. The QC Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing quality control processes, ensuring compliance with quality assurance standards, and supervising QC operations. Key tasks include monitoring laboratory activities, conducting quality checks, analyzing quality data, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to maintain high standards of product and service quality. The role requires strong leadership and the ability to guide and mentor a team effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes
  • Strong Supervisory Skills and the ability to guide and manage a team effectively
  • Excellent Analytical Skills for evaluating quality data and identifying areas for improvement
  • Experience with Laboratory Skills related to quality testing and product evaluation
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and standards for quality assurance
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in a similar supervisory role is an advantage
