Mô tả công việc:

(Mức lương: triệu VNĐ)

  • Tiếp nhận và phân tích yêu cầu phát triển, cải tiến sản phẩm, quy trình, tính năng từ các đơn vị nghiệp vụ.
  • Làm việc trực tiếp với bộ phận phát triển (Dev, QA, UI/UX) để xác định giải pháp kỹ thuật phù hợp với mục tiêu nghiệp vụ.
  • Soạn thảo đặc tả chi tiết (SRS, URD, Flow, Use Case) đảm bảo ngôn ngữ rõ ràng, dễ hiểu cho lập trình viên.
  • Đề xuất giải pháp, tư vấn cải tiến sản phẩm dựa trên dữ liệu, hành vi người dùng và xu hướng công nghệ.
  • Phối hợp kiểm thử và nghiệm thu, đảm bảo kết quả phát triển phù hợp với yêu cầu nghiệp vụ đã thống nhất.
  • Soạn thảo và ban hành tài liệu hướng dẫn sử dụng, hỗ trợ đào tạo bộ phận hỗ trợ kỹ thuật và người dùng nội bộ.

Hình thức làm việc: Toàn thời gian

Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu): Đại Học

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Độ tuổi: 23-30
  • Trình độ học vấn: Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành CNTT, Hệ thống thông tin, Kinh tế hoặc tương đương.
  • Kinh nghiệm: Tối thiểu 1 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Business Analyst trong lĩnh vực phần mềm hoặc sản phẩm số.
  • Thành thạo phân tích yêu cầu, viết tài liệu SRS, URD, User Guides.
  • Biết sử dụng công cụ Jira Software, , UML/BPMN.
  • Có kiến thức cơ bản về UI/UX flow, biết sử dụng Figma, Balsamiq, Miro.
  • Có khả năng viết test case, phối hợp kiểm thử sản phẩm là lợi thế.
  • Có khả năng đọc hiểu tài liệu và giao tiếp bằng tiếng Anh cơ bản.
  • Ưu tiên: Ứng viên có chứng chỉ CCBA, Agile/Scrum, ISTQB Foundation hoặc kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực OTT/Media Platform.
