Your Key Responsibilities
  • Independent planning and performance of complicated preventive maintenance activities, repairs, and overhauling. 
  • Support for creation and revision of preventive maintenance plans. 
  • Identification and implementation of improvement potentials on production machinery. 
  • Support in the development of the TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) process.
  • Creation of autonomous preventive maintenance plans for production teams. 
  • Carry out internal and legally required inspections. 
  • On-time completion of breakdown maintenance work according to work instructions for machines and equipment regarding the Facility system. 
  • Ensure all equipment failures in the defined area are recognized and recorded (including failures, repair time, materials — spare parts, and manpower for repair work through the form that has been issued). 
  • Ensure all operating supplies (hydraulic oil, lubricant oil, preservation oil...) were supplied according to regulations and technical specifications. 
  • Coordinate and provide information for the Stock Administration Staff to ensure the availability of spare parts of machinery and auxiliary equipment at the lowest cost of inventory. 
  • Participate in the project installation of machinery and auxiliary equipment in the plant. 
  • Monitor sub-contract for installation, maintenance of machines, equipment of the Facility system to meet requirements of safety, time, and quality. 
  • Support others' tasks for the Maintenance colleague. 
  • Training and coaching of other maintenance employees. 
  • Coordinate with other departments, carry out improvement work to enhance productivity and product quality. 
Your Qualifications


• Background in Electrical intermediate.

• Experience (at least 3 years) in checking, operating, maintenance and repair equipments Facility system: Electrical, supply-waste water, compressed air, HVAC, gas, 
fire alarm protection, coolant, wastewater treatment, building.

• Highly experienced in failure analysis of machines of Facility system.

• Experiences in Technical drawings reading.

• Willingness to develop in new technologies and processes internally and externally.

• Good experience in application of condition diagnosis and measuring devices. (Calibration, thermographic,….support to predictive maintenance)

• Experience in monitor contractor.

• Equipment safety awareness.
