Process Technician

- Perform troubleshoots and resolve technical problems from the product line/process to minimize reject levels to meet process and department KPI.

- Coordinate with Process Engineer to feedback and improve the incoming material issue and support Engineer for EBR (Engineering Build Request).

- Able to carry out effective solving issues related to process/machine/material.

_Có khả năng xử lý tốt sự cố liên quan đến quy trình/thiết bị/ nguyên vật liệu. _

- Able to carry out effective troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical components/equipment.

- Able to plan, organize, execute plan and report.

- Effective teaming building and communication skills

- Able to understand basic drawing.

- Graduated from college in related fields such as mechanical engineering, electronics, automation, industrial electricity, automotive /

_Trình độ học vấn: Tốt nghiệp cao đẳng chuyên ngành liên quan: cơ khí, điện tử, tự động hóa, điện công nghiệp, ô tô_
- Technical Skills:
Technical Knowledge: Understanding the FMEA, Control plan, Fishbone, 5 why, MSA, 6 sigma(refer) and operating principles of related equipment, systems, or software.
Reading and Interpreting Technical Drawings: Ability to read and understand technical drawings, electrical diagrams, electronic circuits, etc. (if related to the field).
Safety Knowledge: Knowledge of safety practices when working with machinery, chemicals, electricity, etc.

Teamwork Skills: Collaborating with colleagues, engineers, and related departments.
Communication Skills: Effectively communicating with team members.
Logical Thinking & Attention to Detail: Especially important in analysis issue.

Ability to communicate in English.

**Key Responsibilities/ Trách Nhiệm**
- Coordinate with Engineer to address major process issues related to quality issues, yield and cost.

_Phối hợp với kỹ sư để giải quyết các vấn đề liên quan đến chất lượng, quy trình và chi phí. _
- Team up with equipment/process engineer on chronic equipment failure through appropriate trouble-shooting and continuous improvement methodology.

_Hợp tác với bộ phận Kỹ thuật/ Process giải quyết các lỗi liên quan đến sự cố máy móc và đưa ra phương án cải tiến liên tục _
- Carry out investigation; implement containment and permanent corrective action to reduce/eliminate maverick lots (through teaming effort with equipment/process engineer and supervisors).

_Tiến hành điều tra, thực hiện hành động tạm thời và hành động lâu dài để ngăn chặn và giảm số lượng hàng bất thường thông qua việc hợp tác với Eng/ Process/ Leader/
