Process Technician

**Job Summary**:

- Support and resolve technical problems from the product at shift/process to minimize reject levels to meet process and department KPI.

- Coordinate with Process Engineer resolve and improve the material issue and support Engineer for EBR (Engineering Build Request).
Phối hợp với kỹ sư quy trình giải quyết và cải tiến các vấn đề liên quan đến hàng hoá bất thường và hỗ trợ kỹ sư hoàn thành các công việc liên quan đến chạy hàng đánh giá.

- Able to carry out effective troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical components/equipment.

- Technical Skills:
Electrical Knowledge: Basic knowledge of electrical and electronic

Basic understanding of the Control plan, Fishbone, 5 why, MSA (refer) and systems, or software

Safety Knowledge: Knowledge of safety practices when working with machinery, chemicals, electricity, etc.

- Coordinate with Engineering, Process, Team Leaders, and Supervisors to resolve equipment, quality, process, and cost-related issues; propose continuous improvements to ensure product and process quality standards
- Hợp tác với bộ phận Kỹ thuật/ Process/ Eng/ Process/ Leader/ Supervisor giải quyết các lỗi liên quan đến sự cố máy móc, chất lượng, quy trình và chi phí và đưa ra phương án cải tiến liên tục, đảm bảo các tiêu chuẩn yêu cầu về chất lượng sản phẩm và quy trình. _
- Conform to quality system requirements as spelt out in FMEA, Control plan, WI and OCAP and handle the abnormality product.
- Tuân thủ yêu cầu hệ thống chất lượng như được nêu trong FMEA, Control Plan, WI và OCAP và xử lý khi có sản phẩm bất thường. _
- Comply with safety regulations and ensure your assigned area operates efficiently, with regular reporting
- Tuân thủ quy định an toàn và đảm bảo khu vực được giao vận hành hiệu quả, báo cáo công việc thường xuyên. _
- Any other task assigned by management.
