Hepmil Creators' Network (HCN) is a social commerce-focused MCN agency that connects brands with top TikTok creators in Southeast Asia. We provide creators with access to training, resources, and opportunities to collaborate with brands, which helps them grow their businesses and careers, and increase their social commerce revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Be a key contact for collaboration campaign with Influencers.
  • Manage sales target/budget and conduct all related reports.
  • Prepare Client / Brand / Sellers acquisition and incubation plan, including but not limited to collaboration schemes and key guidelines to identify opportunities for improvement/optimization.
  • Ensure the campaign is fully operational & processes are running smoothly including planning, executing, maintaining good relationships with partners.
  • Work closely with diverse teams: Influencer partnership, Creative planners , operators... in a fast-pace environment to execute relevant tasks.
  • Handle all Influencers inquiries, concerns and resolve matter issues.
  • Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years working experience in E-commerce environment or MCN's client management experience
  • Understanding of influencer market is a strong plus.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially TikTok
  • Ability to adapt to change and to operate effectively in time constrained and multiple priorities situation
  • Strong analytical, decision making, influence, communication & presentation skill
  • Ensure compliance to company policies and external regulatory policies where applicable
  • Passionate marketer with open-mind and definitely a team player
