Mô tả công việc

Quản lý, duy trì và tối ưu hệ thống website của Novaon Industry cùng các dự án (Taseco, Jutech, Lục Nam), đảm bảo hoạt động ổn định, tốc độ cao, và thân thiện với người dùng cũng như công cụ tìm kiếm.

Hỗ trợ team Marketing trong việc tối ưu nội dung, theo dõi hiệu suất digital, và chuẩn hóa dữ liệu web.

Quản lý và tối ưu website chính của Novaon Industry và các microsite dự án.

Theo dõi tốc độ tải trang, lỗi kỹ thuật, hosting, domain và đảm bảo website ổn định.

Tối ưu SEO On-page (title, meta, heading, internal link, schema) và xử lý lỗi kỹ thuật (crawl, index, sitemap).

Phối hợp với Content team để tối ưu bài viết theo từ khóa phù hợp.

Theo dõi thứ hạng từ khóa, lượng truy cập tự nhiên và hành vi người dùng.

Sử dụng Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Clarity để theo dõi traffic và đề xuất cải thiện.

Báo cáo định kỳ hàng tháng về hiệu suất website và SEO, có insight và khuyến nghị.

Hỗ trợ team Marketing trong việc đăng tải nội dung, hình ảnh, video và quản lý dữ liệu web.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

1–3 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực SEO hoặc quản trị website.

Thành thạo Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs hoặc công cụ tương đương.

Hiểu biết cơ bản về HTML, WordPress hoặc CMS tương tự.

Nắm vững SEO On-page và Technical SEO.

Có tư duy logic, khả năng phân tích dữ liệu và phát hiện vấn đề nhanh.

Ưu tiên biết sử dụng AI tools (ChatGPT, SurferSEO, Notion AI) hỗ trợ tối ưu nội dung.

Tác phong cẩn thận, có tinh thần trách nhiệm và làm việc nhóm tốt.
