Role Overview

The
Partner Management Specialist
is responsible for
recruiting, advising, and developing a network of service providers (Taskers)
on the
bTaskee Partner app
.

You will be the key liaison between bTaskee and its partners, directly:

  • Recruiting and consulting new partners
  • Guiding and training partners on standard operating procedures
  • Building, strengthening, and expanding a high-quality partner network
  • Planning and implementing partner development programs

Goal:
Ensure a sufficient and high-quality supply of Taskers to meet service demand in Da Nang while effectively growing the partner network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach
    potential service partners (cleaning, cooking, housekeeping, etc.)
  • Consult and persuade
    partners to join the bTaskee Partner platform
  • Onboard and train
    partners to operate efficiently according to bTaskee standards
  • Develop plans and implement partner growth programs
    , track progress, and measure effectiveness
  • Analyze market needs and user insights
    , proposing strategies to expand the partner network
  • Coordinate with operations, customer service, and quality control teams
    to ensure service quality
  • Participate in programs to attract and retain partners (referral programs, peak season support, etc.)

Qualifications

  • Excellent consulting and persuasion skills
    : analyze partner needs, communicate value clearly, and build trust
  • Strong sales and marketing skills
    : attract, recruit, and retain service partners; effectively communicate the value of bTaskee services
  • Strong communication skills
    , confident, clear, and friendly, especially when working with service providers (cleaning, cooking, housekeeping)
  • Ability to plan and implement programs
    : develop partner growth initiatives by region/service, monitor progress, and optimize results
  • Ability to organize consultation sessions, program briefings, or mini workshops to attract partners
  • Understanding of user behavior and local service market insights
  • Proactive, flexible, and adaptable in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or related fields is a plus
  • Proficient in Vietnamese; English proficiency is an advantage
