MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

  • Trực tiếp tính toán và kiểm soát chi phí các dự án xây dựng của công ty;
  • Kiểm tra hồ sơ năng lực và các yếu tố pháp lý của các đối tác tư vấn thiết kế, các nhà thầu liên quan;
  • Quản lý hợp đồng và đàm phán các điều khoản với đối tác, nhà thầu;
  • Lập kế hoạch và theo dõi ngân sách cho các dự án;
  • Kiểm tra và giám sát chi phí thực tế so với dự toán;
  • Đảm bảo tuân thủ các tiêu chuẩn và quy định về xây dựng;
  • Tính toán đơn giá xây dựng để bộ phận kinh doanh làm căn cứ xây dựng giá bán các sản phẩm của Tổng Công ty;
  • Thực hiện các công việc theo sự chỉ đạo của Quản lý trực tiếp.

YÊU CẦU ĐỐI VỚI ỨNG VIÊN

Học vấn

  • Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Kinh tế xây dựng / Kỹ sư xây dựng hoặc các ngành khác có liên quan.

Kinh nghiệm

  • Ít nhất 05 năm kinh nghiệm chuyên môn trong lĩnh vực kinh tế xây dựng, lập hồ sơ, dự toán trong các công ty xây dựng.

Kiến thức chuyên môn

  • Có kiến thức vững chắc về kỹ thuật xây dựng và các quy định, quy chuẩn của Việt Nam & quốc tê;
  • Am hiểu về các quy định, nghị định, thông tư, luật pháp liên quan đến xây dựng;
  • Am hiểu tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật của các loại vật tư, thiết bị xây dựng - lắp đặt công trình;
  • Tốt về kỹ năng phân tích, tổng hợp và lập dự toán chi phí;
  • Hiểu biết rõ và thành thạo công việc bóc tách khối lượng trong công trình xây dựng;
  • Chuyên môn giỏi về quản lý chi phí trong công trình xây dựng;
  • Sử dụng thành thạo các phần mềm chuyên môn về Quản lý xây dựng (Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, CostX, v.v).

Kỹ năng mềm & Phẩm chất cá nhân:

  • Khả năng đọc hiểu và giao tiếp bằng tiếng Anh chuyên ngành là bắt buộc;
  • Trung thực và cẩn thận để đảm bảo độ chính xác cao của các bảng dự toán;
  • Có khả năng làm việc độc lập và có tinh thần trách nhiệm để đảm bảo hoàn thành công việc đúng thời hạn và yêu cầu;
  • Có kỹ năng giao tiếp và đàm phán tốt;
  • Kỷ luật, chủ động, chịu được áp lực tiến độ cao.
