Overall Job Function:
Under the supervision of Senior Project Manager, the incumbent of the position is:
- Coordinate with site supervisors, internal & customers working on projects.- Ensure that all documents compliance as per contract and project requirement.

Duties and responsibilities:
- Review tender documents, prepare cost estimation for local purchase and field cost as per project specification- Review Bill of Quantities- Prepare checklist of documents for each stage of submissions.- Collect the required documents, review, and submit as per project requirement.- Take follow up and seek approval from all stake holders from customer side.- Submit billing request to finance for each payment plan.- Submit TAX invoice to customer along with approved document.- Prepare cost estimation for variations- Submit Variations for booking along with approved cost estimation and VO contract.

Safety:
- Follow OTIS safety guidelines while accessing construction sites.

Qualifications & Skills:
- University degree in Quality Surveying or commercial Management and has experience in this field for at least 3 to 4 years of experience.- Having a positive, customer service & growth mindset.- Good ability to communicate, motivate, and discipline the workforce.- Good ability to understand of tender & contract documents.- Good ability to understand commercial aspects.- Good ability to prepare cost estimation.- Having a good customer service mindset to bring an excellent Otis customer service to customers- Strong communication in English- Proficient in MS office skills.- Proficient in Excel & Power point
