PRINCIPAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Advise on MEP system costs involved in building projects.
- Advise on alternative design proposals for systems or components.
- Prepare detailed mechanical and electrical cost estimates at various design stages.
- Taking off / measurement of quantity on MEP system.
- Prepare bills of quantities for tender.
- Assist in the preparation of tender documentation.
- Review tender submissions and prepare tender reports.
- Assess validity and value of variations.
- Assess IPC monthly.
- Any requirement from the supervisor related to the works.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
**Education**:

- University Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- MEP QS Certificate Grade 1 (minimum Grade 2) preferred.

Knowledge:

- Understanding of both Mechanical & Electrical installations.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office software, QS measurement software, and design software.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience preferred.

Skills/competencies & preferred characteristics:

- Good at English (written and spoken).
- Accurate and detailed working ethic.
- Good communication, time management and problem-solving skills.
- Confident and outgoing personality, with a pro-active approach to work.
- Honest, Responsible and Decisive.
- Ability to work with all levels of employees and management.
- Be comfortable in a team environment, and be flexible with work assignments.
