  • Sales Capability Development

  • Design, deliver, and manage comprehensive training programs (product knowledge, sales methodology, CRM usage)

  • Develop and standardize onboarding processes for new hires to ensure rapid productivity.
  • Create coaching frameworks and tools for sales managers (Heads of Sales) to use in their field coaching sessions.

  • Sales Content & Tool Creation:

  • Activity: Create and maintain a central repository of sales enablement content: playbooks, battle cards, presentations, competitive comparisons, and product sheets.

  • Activity: Ensure all content is aligned with the product strategy defined by the Category Managers and the campaign strategy from Marketing Ops.
  • Impact: Ensures the sales force is consistent, accurate, and effective in their messaging, overcoming "inefficient coordination."

  • CRM Adoption & Data-Driven Coaching:

  • Activity: Partner with the Commercial Excellence BP to drive CRM adoption and optimize its functionality for the sales team's daily use.

  • Leverage CRM data (pipeline metrics, activity tracking, win/loss analysis) to identify performance gaps and create targeted coaching interventions.
  • Support sales forecasting by ensuring pipeline data in the CRM is accurate and actionable.
  • Impact: Solves the problem of "Limited CRM usage" by making it a valuable tool for the salesperson and their manager, enabling "data-driven coaching."

  • Cross-Functional Coordination & Strategy Execution:

  • Partner with HR BP on training needs analysis, performance management data,and talent development initiatives.

  • Coordinate closely with the Head of Sales to understand frontline challenges and align enablement priorities with sales goals.
  • Work with Category Managers to transform product strategy into actionable sales tools and training.
  • Support the Head of Feed Business on strategic initiatives, acting as an implementation arm for commercial improvement projects.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  1. Education:

  2. Minimum Required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, Animal Science, Communications, or a related field.

  3. Highly Preferred: Master's degree (e.g., MBA) or professional certifications in any of the following:

o Sales Enablement

o Project Management

o Data Analytics

  1. Experience:

Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in a combination of the following areas:

  • Sales Enablement: Direct experience in sales enablement, sales training, or sales excellence role.
  • Commercial Operations: Experience in sales, marketing, or category management within the B2B sector, preferably in agriculture, animal feed, FMCG, or pharmaceutical industries (due to the technical nature of products and distributor network management).
  • CRM & Data Analytics: Proven hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics) not just as a user, but as an architect of processes and reports. Must be adept at translating data into actionable insights.
  • Content & Tool Creation: A strong portfolio demonstrating the creation of effective sales collateral, playbooks, and training materials.
  • Project Management: Experience leading cross-functional projects from conception to rollout (e.g., implementing a new training program or a CRM enhancement pilot).

  • Competency:

  • Analytical Skills: Data analysis and interpretation, sales metrics/KPI knowledge, forecasting support, problem-solving based on data trends.

  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint for content and Excel for data), learning management systems (LMS), and content creation tools.
  • Communication & Coaching: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to train and coach adults effectively; capable of facilitating workshops and providing constructive feedback.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to understand business strategy and translate it into actionable enablement initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: High emotional intelligence and a collaborative spirit. Must be able to influence without authority and build strong relationships with Sales, Marketing, HR, and Operations leaders.
  • Industry Knowledge: A strong understanding of the agricultural or animal feed market, including distribution channels, key competitors, and technical product knowledge, is a significant advantage.
