1. Job Description:
Admin tasks:
- Perform administrative tasks such as preparing documents, managing office supplies, and assisting in organizing internal events.
- Sales support: Tracking orders, arranging products to deliver (Order form, DO, PO)
- Manage and order office supplies, equipment, and services.
- Support the organization of company events, meetings, and internal training sessions.
Accounting tasks:
- Monitor and archive documents, sales records, historical costs/expenses, bank records, ledgers.
Assist the Accounting Department with tasks such as:
Collecting and organizing invoices and receipts.

Data entry into accounting software or Excel.

Basic reconciliation of figures.
- Perform payment procedures and prepare monthly administrative expense reports.
- Prepare and maintain payment vouchers, invoices, and related receipts.
- Track accounts receivable from customers and accounts payable to suppliers, ensuring timely payments.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
2. Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years' experience in administration/ sales support/ accounting roles.
- Strong communication skills, teamwork ability, and good coordination with other departments.
- Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented, meticulous, with good time management and effective task handling.
- Experience with MISA accounting software is a significant advantage.
3. Benefits:
