  • Xây dựng và triển khai chiến lược cho
    hạ tầng on-premise
    (servers, network, storage, data center).
  • Dẫn dắt việc áp dụng
    DevOps
    : CI/CD, tự động hóa, giám sát và tối ưu vận hành.
  • Quản lý và phát triển đội ngũ kỹ thuật, đảm bảo hiệu suất và tính sẵn sàng của hệ thống.
  • Đảm bảo
    bảo mật, tuân thủ
    và tiêu chuẩn vận hành.
  • Phối hợp với các phòng ban để đảm bảo hạ tầng đáp ứng mục tiêu kinh doanh.
  • Đề xuất công nghệ mới, định hướng hybrid/Cloud khi phù hợp.
  • Báo cáo trực tiếp Ban Lãnh đạo về hiệu năng, rủi ro và kế hoạch chiến lược.

Yêu cầu

  • Tốt nghiệp CNTT hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan.
  • 3+ năm kinh nghiệm quản lý
    (Head/Manager/Leader) về hạ tầng on-premise hoặc DevOps.
  • Thành thạo
    Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes
    và quản trị hạ tầng.
  • Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm vận hành hệ thống
    quy mô lớn
    (ngân hàng/fintech/enterprise).
  • Hiểu sâu về bảo mật, mạng, tiêu chuẩn vận hành.
  • Cloud là lợi thế.
  • Kỹ năng lãnh đạo và phối hợp đa phòng ban tốt.
