Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Project Oversight

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of DevOps, Cloud, and Security Engineers.
• Define the technical strategy and roadmap for DevSecOps implementation across enterprise projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, solution architects, and client stakeholders to ensure on-time, secure, and compliant delivery.
• Manage resource planning, technical reviews, and performance optimization for ongoing projects.

DevSecOps Implementation

• Oversee the design and rollout of
  CI/CD pipelines
  integrated with
  security scanning
  ,
  policy enforcement
  , and
  automated compliance checks
  .
• Drive adoption of
  shift-left security practices
  , embedding vulnerability scanning, dependency checks, and static/dynamic code analysis early in development.
• Define standards for
  Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
  with security validation (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
• Ensure consistent implementation of
  container security
  ,
  secret management
  , and
  runtime protection
  across environments.

Cloud Architecture & Operations

• Architect secure, resilient, and compliant solutions across
  AWS
  ,
  Azure
  , and
  GCP
  .
• Manage deployment automation, monitoring, and incident response for high-availability systems.
• Lead infrastructure modernization and migration initiatives, emphasizing
  Zero Trust
  ,
  network segmentation
  , and
  identity-based security
  .
• Collaborate with security teams to implement guardrails, threat detection, and policy-as-code solutions.

Security & Compliance

• Enforce compliance with enterprise standards and frameworks such as
  ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, CIS, and PCI-DSS
  .
• Integrate continuous security validation into DevOps pipelines using tools like
  SonarQube, Snyk, Aqua, Prisma Cloud, or Checkmarx
  .
• Lead incident response drills, post-mortems, and root-cause analysis for security-related events.
• Partner with clients' InfoSec teams to ensure full visibility, audit readiness, and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to improve build, release, and deployment processes.
• Partner with enterprise clients' architecture and governance teams to define security and automation frameworks.
• Serve as a technical escalation point for complex DevOps and security challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• At least
  10 years
  of total experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or IT Security roles.
• Minimum
  3 years
  in a technical management capacity leading DevSecOps or Cloud Engineering teams.
• Proven experience managing enterprise-level infrastructure, deployments, and automation pipelines.
• Advanced knowledge of
  AWS, Azure, and/or GCP
  services and architecture.
• Hands-on experience with
  CI/CD tools
  (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
• Strong command of
  IaC frameworks
  (Terraform, Ansible, Helm) and container orchestration (
  Kubernetes, OpenShift
  ).
• Proficiency with
  DevSecOps tools
  : SonarQube, Snyk, Trivy, Aqua Security, Prisma Cloud, HashiCorp Vault, etc.
• Understanding of
  monitoring and observability tools
  (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, etc.).
• Solid background in
  network security, identity management
  , and
  access control policies
  .
