Responsibilities:

  • Possess 3–4 years of experience in Account Marketing or equivalent positions.
  • Work directly with clients, handle communications and problem-solving.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, especially KOLs.
  • Manage both internal teams and external partners to ensure quality and on-time project delivery.
  • Receive client briefs, develop proposals, and prepare quotations.
  • Present project plans and manage project financials.

Requirements:

  • University graduate, good command of English.
  • Experience working in an agency environment, particularly with KOL campaigns.
  • Skilled in writing and presenting digital proposals, strong negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Good visual aesthetic and a passion for storytelling and creating emotionally resonant brand narratives.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with clients and third-party vendors.
  • Capable of evaluating the overall picture, managing, and mentoring a team.
  • Able to handle high-pressure projects and eager to grow through challenges and advancement opportunities.
