Job DescriptionTake responsibility for maintenance, repair, and improvement of mechanical and electrical systems, including bag -making machines, blow molding machines, printing machines, laminating machines, and auxiliary equipment.Ensure all production machines operate smoothly and efficiently; promptly troubleshoot and fix technical issues during shifts.Collaborate with other departments to improve production performance and reduce downtime.Perform additional duties as assigned by the direct supervisor.RequirementsCollege diploma or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related technical fields.At least 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or Maintenance Supervisor in manufacturing companies (domestic or foreign).Strong mechanical skills, with good knowledge of Electrical and Automation systems; able to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings.Physically fit, with a positive, proactive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and self -discipline.Honest, hardworking, eager to learn, and willing to develop technical expertise.Preference given to candidates who live near the factory or are willing to relocate/stay nearby long -term.Contact: Nga Nguyen, Phuong Anh Nguyen Due to the immense number of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
