MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

Thiết kế & Phát triển hệ thống MEP

• Thiết kế toàn bộ hệ thống điện, chiếu sáng, cấp nước, thoát nước, điều hòa, thông gió, và an toàn PCCC cho từng module.
• Xây dựng sơ đồ đấu nối điện – cấp nước – thoát nước tích hợp với cơ cấu xếp mở tự động (dynamic connection system).
• Thiết kế và tối ưu hệ thống cấp điện hybrid (solar + grid + battery) cho mô hình nhà độc lập.
• Đề xuất cấu hình Electrical Cabinet / Distribution Board đạt chuẩn Úc (AS/NZS 3000).
• Thiết kế hệ thống điện thông minh – Smart MEP Integration: cảm biến, công tắc IoT, kiểm soát tải động.
• Phát triển mô hình plumbing & electrical quick-connect system cho nhà mô-đun tháo ráp nhanh.

R&D và tiêu chuẩn hóa

• Đề xuất và đánh giá vật liệu ống, cáp, fitting, switchgear phù hợp tiêu chuẩn AS/NZS & IEC.
• Chuẩn hóa các module MEP (MEP-kit) – dạng cassette để sản xuất hàng loạt.
• Kiểm tra và đo đạc các thông số kỹ thuật sau lắp đặt: dòng điện, điện áp, lưu lượng, áp suất nhiệt độ, độ ồn, rò rỉ.
• Lập checklist nghiệm thu & hướng dẫn vận hành MEP.
• Phối hợp nhóm cơ khí để đảm bảo không gian kỹ thuật và đường ống – cáp điện được tích hợp tối ưu.
• Xây dựng và kiểm định hồ sơ thiết kế đạt chuẩn xuất khẩu sang Úc/NZ (AS/NZS, ISO 9001).

Sản xuất – Lắp đặt – Testing

• Đề xuất quy trình kiểm thử Electrical Safety, Pressure Test, Water Leak Test, Functional Test.
• Cung cấp tài liệu hướng dẫn bảo trì, checklist vận hành thực tế.
• Làm việc với nhà cung cấp thiết bị MEP, đề xuất lựa chọn vật tư phù hợp chi phí và tiêu chuẩn.

Phối hợp

• Làm việc chặt chẽ với nhóm Cơ điện tử & Điều khiển để đồng bộ hệ thống điện chính và hệ thống điều khiển motor, cảm biến.
• Kết nối với nhóm Cơ khí & Kết cấu để bố trí đường ống, ống dẫn khí, điện và hệ thống neo giữ.
• Hỗ trợ nhóm IP & Tiêu chuẩn trong việc đăng ký sáng chế, quy chuẩn kỹ thuật và chứng nhận MEP.
• Cung cấp dữ liệu và bản vẽ cho nhóm Testing & Hợp tác ngoài khi thử nghiệm giải pháp vật liệu hoặc năng lượng.

Lập kế hoạch sản xuất – thi công – vận hành

• Xây dựng BOM vật tư, sơ đồ lắp đặt, hướng dẫn vận hành và bảo trì hệ thống MEP.
• Giám sát nhóm sản xuất trong quá trình lắp đặt nhà mẫu và sản xuất đại trà.
• Đề xuất giải pháp tối ưu chi phí vật tư, logistics và bảo trì.

YÊU CẦU

• Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Cơ – Điện – Nước, Kỹ thuật điện, Kỹ thuật xây dựng, MEP (ưu tiên thạc sĩ)
• Kinh nghiệm: ≥5 năm trong lĩnh vực MEP; ≥ 5 năm ở vị trí thiết kế/tổ chức triển khai MEP nhà ở – nhà công nghiệp; ưu tiên hiểu tiêu chuẩn Úc/NZ hoặc đã từng làm việc với đối tác nước ngoài.
• Thành thạo AutoCAD MEP, Revit, SolidWorks hoặc tương đương.
• Có kiến thức thiết kế hệ thống điện, nước, HVAC, PCCC.
• Biết tính tải, tính áp, thiết kế hệ thống solar & battery storage.
• Ưu tiên có chứng chỉ hành nghề hoặc đã tham gia các dự án thực tế.
• Giao tiếp tốt với nhóm cơ khí và điều khiển.
• Có tư duy hệ thống và tính toán chính xác.
• Tiếng Anh giao tiếp, kỹ thuật đọc hiểu tốt.
• Tỉ mỉ - chính xác – có trách nhiệm – khả năng ra quyết định kỹ thuật độc lập.

JOB DESCRIPTION

MEP System Design & Development

• Design complete electrical, lighting, water supply, drainage, HVAC, ventilation, and fire safety systems for each module.
• Develop integrated wiring diagrams for electrical–water supply–drainage systems that connect dynamically with the automatic folding/unfolding mechanism (dynamic connection system).
• Design and optimize hybrid power systems (solar + grid + battery) for standalone modular homes.
• Propose Electrical Cabinet / Distribution Board configurations compliant with Australian standards (AS/NZS 3000).
• Develop smart MEP integration systems: sensors, IoT switches, and dynamic load management.
• Develop quick-connect plumbing and electrical solutions for rapidly deployable modular structures.

R&D and Standardization

• Propose and evaluate pipes, cables, fittings, and switchgear in compliance with AS/NZS and IEC standards.
• Standardize modular MEP kits (MEP-cassette) for mass production.
• Inspect and measure technical parameters after installation: current, voltage, flow rate, pressure, temperature, noise, leakage.
• Prepare commissioning checklists and MEP operation manuals.
• Coordinate with the mechanical team to ensure optimal integration of technical spaces, piping, and cable routes.
• Develop and certify design documentation for export to Australia/New Zealand (AS/NZS, ISO 9001).

Production – Installation – Testing

• Develop testing procedures including Electrical Safety, Pressure Test, Water Leak Test, and Functional Test.
• Provide maintenance manuals and practical operation checklists.
• Work with MEP equipment suppliers and propose cost-effective, standard-compliant materials.

Cross-Team Collaboration

• Work closely with the Mechatronics & Control team to synchronize main electrical systems with motor and sensor control systems.
• Coordinate with Mechanical & Structural teams on pipe routing, ducting, cabling, and anchoring systems.
• Support the IP & Standards team in patent registration, compliance, and MEP certification processes.
• Provide data and drawings for the Testing & Partnerships team during material or energy system trials.

Planning – Production – Operation Management

• Develop MEP BOMs, installation drawings, operation manuals, and maintenance procedures.
• Supervise production teams during prototype installation and mass production phases.
• Propose cost-optimization solutions for materials, logistics, and maintenance.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in MEP Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or related fields (Master's degree preferred).
• ≥5 years of experience in MEP; ≥5 years in residential/industrial MEP design or project execution.
• Prefer candidates with experience in Australian/New Zealand standards or working with international partners.
• Proficient in AutoCAD MEP, Revit, SolidWorks, or equivalent software.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire safety design.
• Ability to calculate loads, pressure, and design solar & battery storage systems.
• Prefer candidates with professional licenses or hands-on project experience.
• Strong communication skills with mechanical and control engineering teams.
• System-thinking mindset with high accuracy in calculations.
• Good communication and technical reading skills in English.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, precise, and able to make independent technical decisions.
