Technical Consultancy & Design Coordination

  • Review MEP design drawings, technical specifications, and ensure feasibility for site installation.

  • Coordinate with consultants, clients, and design teams for technical clarifications and approvals.

  • Provide engineering solutions and recommendations to optimize cost, safety, and system performance.

  • Participate in value engineering workshops and ensure design intent is maintained throughout construction.

Project Execution & Site Coordination

  • Coordinate with civil/structural teams to ensure proper space allocation for MEP services.

  • Supervise MEP installation works: HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection systems.

  • Verify material deliveries and ensure compliance with project specifications.

  • Attend site meetings and ensure all MEP works meet project schedule and quality standards.

Subcontractor Management

  • Coordinate with MEP subcontractors regarding work sequence, manpower planning, and site progress.

  • Review shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals.

  • Ensure subcontractors comply with technical requirements, safety regulations, and contract terms.

Testing & Commissioning

  • Prepare and review testing & commissioning plans and checklists.

  • Coordinate FAT/SAT and site inspections with clients, consultants, and authorities.

  • Ensure systems operate according to design intent and performance requirements.

  • Assist in preparing As-built drawings, O&M manuals, and handover documents.

HSE Compliance

  • Work with Safety Officer to ensure MEP installation follows HSE standards and site regulations.

  • Report and support resolution of unsafe practices or technical risks.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate documentation of drawings, RFIs, inspection reports, material approvals.

  • Prepare weekly progress reports for management and clients.

  • Support claims, variations, and project close-out documentation where required

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction methodologies.
  • Solid understanding of design review and site execution processes.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit (MEP), MS Office, and MEP calculation tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and coordination skills for multidisciplinary team environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in MEP engineering within consultancy and/or construction projects.
  • Experience in testing & commissioning is an advantage.
  • Good command of English for technical coordination and documentation.
