𝐒𝐀𝐋𝐀𝐑𝐘: 13~15 mil VND

  • Working Day: Monday to Friday and two (2) any Saturdays in a month.

  • Working Hour: From 8:30 to 17:30

※ Saturdays work shall be subject to actual work demands and managed by Head of Department/ Project Manager ("PM").

The purpose of this position is:

  • To assist MEP team to issue drawings for tender and Construction

  • To be in charge Drawing with MEP team and cooperate with internal relevant Departments to process the necessary documents for Projects.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧

  • Specialize in drafting mechanical and electrical design drawings, including schematic, layouts for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems, based on specifications and guidance from engineers.
  • Perform basic calculations to support drafting accuracy, while ensuring all technical validation and assurances are handled by supervising engineers.
  • Prepare detailed shop drawings for construction, incorporating on-site changes as directed.
  • Utilize AutoCAD proficiently for 2D/3D drafting, with a strong aesthetic sense to create clean, professional, and visually appealing presentations.
  • Utilize Revit to collaborate seamlessly with architecture and structural teams.
  • Act as BIM Coordinator, overseeing model updates, performing clash detection, and coordinating with construction teams to resolve issues in real-time.
  • Assist in reviewing and revising drawings based on engineer feedback, adhering to strict deadlines.
  • Participate in team meetings to optimize designs and address technical issues under engineer supervision.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀

  • Diploma or Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience as an MEP Drafter, preferably with shop drawings and BIM projects.
  • Expert in AutoCAD (2D/3D), proficient in Revit MEP or equivalent BIM software.
  • Good attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense for creating clean, professional, and visually appealing drawings.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills (English and Vietnamese), ability to work under pressure.
  • Preferred: experience with industrial factory projects, fast-track projects, and experience with Japanese client projects or subcontractors.
